In the heart of Agrigento

The historic seat of the restaurant, Palazzo Granet, is located on the main street of the city: via Atenea. The balconies overlook the ancient Basilica of the Immaculate Virgin. The building represents one of the best expressions of the neoclassical style in Agrigento thanks to the unusual eight-column portico on the second floor of the building and expresses all the architectural elegance of the era in which it was built.

Style

The restaurant is characterized by a contemporary style with neoclassical references typical of the building. The intimate environment, particularly comfortable and welcoming, offers an interesting view of the beauty of the historic center of the city.

Creations

To prepare my dishes I prefer the use of seasonal products from my country, Sicily, generous and full of delights loved all over the world. My philosophy is to be able to re-taste the original Sicilian cuisine of the past, using recipes handed down from family tradition, mixing them with my experience and updating them.
Thus, the flavors, smells and colors of Sicily come together in a unique way.
